1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the jt888 website accessible at jt888.biz, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited into and remaining in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by jt888.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency supported on the Platform for Pakistani Players.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions in their current version as published on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet on jt888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the jt888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and jt888 with respect to the use of the Platform. Any prior verbal or written representations, warranties, or agreements not expressly incorporated herein are superseded by this Agreement.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jt888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any jt888 employee, in respect of any game or promotion you are eligible to access.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account suspended or terminated by jt888 for breach of this Agreement.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction at the time of registration.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the real-money features of jt888, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration workflow.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on jt888. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jt888 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and document verification to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, jt888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any outstanding balances pending a full investigation.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment details must be submitted to jt888 support along with supporting documentation. jt888 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the name on the registered Account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jt888 live chat or emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real funds through wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jt888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including jt888 staff — jt888 support agents will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Account fully when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication features made available by jt888 where possible.

jt888 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact jt888 support immediately via live chat. jt888 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of your report.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jt888 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani Players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. jt888 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. jt888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your jt888 Account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–4 hours during normal business hours. jt888 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the withdrawal page.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jt888 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of dormant Accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified via registered email before any dormancy fee is applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by jt888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution weightings, and expiry period are detailed on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jt888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its absolute discretion if it determines, in good faith, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated scripts to meet wagering requirements, exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that jt888 reasonably considers to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion.

7.4 Loyalty Program

jt888's Loyalty Program rewards active Players with points redeemable for bonuses and other benefits. Loyalty Points are earned solely through real-money wagering and are not earned on Bonus Fund wagers. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between Accounts. jt888 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time upon reasonable notice.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on jt888 are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface, in addition to the general terms set out in this Agreement. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of real physical events conducted under controlled studio conditions.
• All games on jt888 have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the game server logs, the server logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.
• jt888 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined, whether due to a technical error or otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jt888 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up to the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. A bet confirmation message constitutes the final acceptance of odds.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jt888 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting systems for financial gain. Identified errors must be reported to jt888 support immediately.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or redistribute winnings artificially.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any identity verification process.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jt888 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where jt888 has implemented geo-restrictions to comply with such laws.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jt888 Platform — including but not limited to the jt888 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jt888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jt888.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jt888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or SadaPay.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jt888's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network outages.
• Decisions made by you based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

In all cases, jt888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

jt888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani Players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful when not approached with care, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jt888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jt888's internal complaint process shall be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority for independent adjudication.

15.1 Internal Complaint Process
